The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that guests had everything they needed during their stay.
There were some cleanliness issues in the rooms, such as dirty bedsheets not being properly cleaned after previous guests.

We had an amazing stay here! The hotel is excellently located and within walking distance of all the major attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable insight into the city. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and massage; everything was so relaxing! The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities like an electric kettle and kitchen utensils. We appreciated the 24-hour reception and the free Wi-Fi. we had a comfortable and luxurious experience here.
